Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest deluxe hotel, shopping center, entertainment complex, and conference facility. This hotel give you a spectacular 360 degree view of all of Saigon. An Dong Plaza shopping center on the lower levels is comprised of hundreds of small shops, a supermarket, a games room and an outse beer garden. The hotel's lower lobby on the ground floor directly connects with the main lobby and Cafe Central on the fourth floor via express elevators. Above the main lobby are Club 99 night club, Ngan Dinh Chinese restaurant, a gambling casino, the largest conference and banquet hall in Ho Chi Minh City, and a massage and beauty treatment center.

- Pick up service by First Choice Travel: 15 $ US for a 4 seat car, 20 $ US for a 7 seat car, 25 $ US for a 16 seat van, 30 $ US for a 24 seat minibus.
- From the Business District, proceed west along Le Loi, through the roundabout at Ben Thanh Market to Tran Hung Dao. Continue west approximately two kilometers to Nguyen Van Cu St. Turn right and go three blocks to An Duong Vuong, then turn left. The Windsor Plaza Hotel entrance is on the right se of An Dong Plaza, facing Su Van Hanh Street.
